Raw Vegan Food Inspired

Hope everyone has had a great holiday season. I rarely do resolutions but this year I decided to add more raw food into my diet and got a fabulous book called Going Raw. It is a great resource written by Judita Wignall : http://rawjudita.blogspot.com/ You do not need to be a vegan to enjoy this book or to add more fresh food to your diet. The recipes are great and most of them are simple. I want to share some images of raw food I find to be absolutely beautiful, inspiring and pack huge amounts of nutrition!

Lasagne

Spaghetti

Pizza

Cashew Cheese

Hope you enjoyed this post! Thanks for reading

Here is what you need:

- Pattern seen below
-Pen
- chalk or marker
- Card stock ( I used cereal a box)
- 2 to 3 sheets of  felt
- Scissors
- Needle and Thread
- Ribbon, trim, lace, buttons or any other decorations want to use

Instructions:

- Cut pattern out and lay on cardboard
- Trace out pattern with pen on cardboard and cut out
- Lay cutouts on felt and leave about 1/8 inch seam allowance
- Assemble pieces as shown below with hot glue or craft glue
(allow dry tine if using craft glue)
- Sew seems shut and decorate with ribbons jewelry or other fabrics.
I used lace over one of my pieces of felt.
- To attach hat you can sew or glue on a clip or sew on some

All decorated and ready to be boxed up as a gift!

Art Nouveau Through an Architect, Antoni Gaudí

Some of the most beautiful architecture I have aver seen is by Antoni Gaudí. His work is ornate organic in shape and soothing in color. I suppose this is he is one reason why I like earth ships so much (they have that same flow and feel). Below are some of my favorite images of his work.

His buildings are like something from another world or a dream! Thanks for reading.
