Raw Vegan Food Inspired

Hope everyone has had a great holiday season. I rarely do resolutions but this year I decided to add more raw food into my diet and got a fabulous book called Going Raw. It is a great resource written by Judita Wignall : You do not need to be a vegan to enjoy this book or to add more fresh food to your diet. The recipes are great and most of them are simple. I want to share some images of raw food I find to be absolutely beautiful, inspiring and pack huge amounts of nutrition!
