My friend Ian and I like checking out all the junk in thrift stores. Obviously there are some great finds but also lots of strange unwanteds, sad wedding dresses and bizarre clown paintings (wonder why someone didn't want those!)
The other day I found this dreadful figurine: Dirty cracked and a little cutesy for my taste... I could see her in my mind! Made over into this sort of Alice in Wonderland meets Nightmare Before Christmas sort of idea! So I bought her and saved her from that terrible metal shelf!
I would love to see other ideas you may have to refurbish an item! Thanks for reading. :)
